A guided sauna and ice bath session for men. Designed to challenge, recover, and reset in a supportive group setting.

Location: The Field of Dreams, Bantham Lane, Kingsbridge TQ7 3AA

Arrive: before 19:00 for a 19:00 start.
Leave: Session finishes at 20:30.

• Non Invested Friends Member: £39

• Invested Friends members: £34 (£5 discount)

• If you have an injury or any medical condition that prevents you from doing either activity, contact Ben before purchasing a ticket.

• To participate you must read and accept the waiver & release form at checkout.

• If you buy a ticket for someone else, the attending participant/’s must read and agree to the waiver & release form on the day.

What to bring

• Two towels

• Swimmers

• Warm change of clothes

• Plastic bag for wet clothes

• Water bottle

• Something to eat afterwards
