Through alternating between ice baths and saunas—known as "contrast therapy"—you’ll experience powerful physical and mental benefits. For men, this includes increased testosterone, improved sleep, enhanced muscle recovery, improved mood, higher mental resilience, fat loss, and better overall health.
Each session also provides space for meaningful conversations, where you can explore what it means to be a man, how to navigate life’s challenges and set actionable goals. We’ll help you create steps to move forward and hold each other accountable, leaving you feeling lighter, stronger, and more empowered.

Monthly Dog Walk & Dip for Men

Loddiswell Station, Near Signal Box
Every month, we meet—rain or shine. We bring our dogs (optional) and clogs (can be muddy!) and walk up the valley. Towels and a hot drink in hand, we take time to chill, have some food, throw a frisbee, and maybe even jump on the slackline if the weather’s right. It’s a simple, fun, and uplifting way to connect—just mates enjoying a good laugh, without booze or football (not that we don’t enjoy those things).
Dogs aren’t essential, but they make for great company and a solid excuse to get out the door on a Sunday morning. The walk is mostly flat, with the option of some hills if the group fancies it.
